Refund Policy

Overview

At Pepticore Solutions, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, all sales are subject to the terms outlined below.
By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy in full.
All Sales Final – Research Use Only
All products sold by Pepticore Solutions are strictly intended for laboratory research and development purposes only.
Due to the sensitive and specialized nature of research-only products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL once an order has been processed and shipped.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened, used, or delivered products.
Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

Products that have been shipped or delivered
Products marked as “Research Use Only.”
Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
Change of mind or no longer needing the product
Improper storage, handling, or use
Delays caused by shipping carriers

Products seized, delayed, or rejected due to misuse or violation of laws or regulations

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled ONLY if the request is submitted before the order has been processed or shipped.
Once an order enters processing or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Cancellation requests must be sent immediately to:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an order that is:

Damaged during transit, or
Incorrect due to our error

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

Clear photos of the damaged product
Photos of the original packaging
Order number and shipping label

Upon verification, we may, at our sole discretion:

Replace the product, or
Issue a store credit
Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Pepticore Solutions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers are encouraged to:

Use secure delivery locations
Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
No refunds or replacements will be issued for stolen packages.
Shipping Delays
Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes (Shop Pay & PayPal)
By completing a purchase, you agree to contact Pepticore Solutions first to resolve any issue before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.

We reserve the right to:

Contest all chargebacks and disputes
Provide payment processors (including Shop Pay and PayPal) with order confirmation, tracking information, delivery confirmation, and this Refund Policy
Suspend or permanently ban customers who initiate abusive or fraudulent chargebacks
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination and denial of future purchases.
Refused or Returned Packages

If a package is refused, returned, or undeliverable due to:

An incorrect address was provided by the customer
Failure to receive the package
Carrier hold expiration
The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returned packages do not guarantee a refund and will be reviewed at our discretion.
No Medical or Health Claims

Refunds will not be issued based on:

Perceived effectiveness

Research outcomes

Assumptions of medical, therapeutic, or health-related results
All products are sold as-is and for research purposes only.
