Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received and verified. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Options (United States)
At checkout, customers are responsible for selecting their preferred shipping method. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the selected option.
Standard shipping options within the United States typically include:

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business daysUSPS Priority Mail

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

The customer is solely responsible for choosing and paying for the shipping option that best meets their needs.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
Carrier issues
Weather conditions
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
High shipping volume periods (holidays, promotions, etc.)
Once the package is handed over to the carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed, returned, or lost.
If a package is returned due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, we recommend contacting the carrier directly or filing a claim.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of:
The damaged item(s)
The shipping box
The shipping label
We will review the claim and assist you as best as possible.
